There is one table for two guests and an author's menu, where the dishes seem familiar, but with an amazing festive accent: marble bull tartare; octopus with dried tomatoes, mashed potatoes and Pesto, pike perch with cauliflower and lemon sauce, steak with Mulled wine sauce and eggplant, and for dessert, there is a delicate mango passion fruit mousse dessert.
